Treatment Protocols and Safety at Cardinal Hydration
Medical Screening, Privacy, and HIPAA Compliance
All clients receiving IV therapy services are required to complete a telehealth medical screening once per year prior to their first treatment. This screening is $40 and is conducted via video to confirm that each service is appropriate for your individual health profile. This is a non-negotiable safety requirement, not an optional step. It reflects the treatment protocols and safety standards that define care at Cardinal Hydration. For clients enrolled in our Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1) program, an initial consultation fee of $60 applies, along with a $40 follow-up telehealth visit required every 90 days to maintain prescription compliance and ongoing clinical safety. Cardinal Hydration is committed to full privacy and HIPAA compliance. Your health information is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with federal regulations. No client health data is shared without explicit written authorization. Our clinical team, led by Deana Doby, BSN, RN, follows evidence-informed protocols to ensure every interaction meets the highest standard of care. Please note that Cardinal Hydration does not currently offer memberships or service packages. All services are provided on a per-session basis to maintain individualized, clinically appropriate care for each client.
